Choose French terry or fleece specifically
Loop-backed French terry and brushed fleece feel different. In addition to the grammage, determine the material composition, the handle and the desired use. A heavy fabric alone does not guarantee a certain quality. Discuss shrinkage behavior, color stability and the appropriate care tests for the selected material.
Hold the cut, hood and cuffs in the Tech Pack
Describe fit, body length, shoulder line and sleeve length. Include measurements for hood, pocket, cuffs and, if applicable, zipper. A drawing with measuring points is more meaningful than size designations alone. Compare the sample with the agreed upon measurement table and clearly document any changes requested.
Take private label and finishing into account
Add desired woven and care labels, hang tags, print or embroidery designs and packaging requirements. Motifs, print areas and fabric must match. Please make an offer that makes sample costs, production quantities, size distribution and finishing clear separately.
